Product  introduction
The equipment greatly improves the working speed, the powder sphericity reaches more than 95%, and the yield of fine powder is significantly improved.   The working environment of the crusher is argon and helium inert atmosphere.  Oxygen increments for active metals such as titanium alloys are limited to 100ppm, while those for metals such as superalloys can be less than 50ppm.   The production capacity reaches 150-200 kg /8 hours.   The equipment occupies a small area, greatly reducing the requirements for installation conditions.   Simple and professional operation interface design, user operation is more convenient.   Users can develop new alloy powder according to their own needs, especially suitable for universities, scientific research institutions and other units to trial-produce new material system powder and small batch, multi-variety high-quality spherical metal/alloy powder development and production.

Basic principle
The consumable electrode is made of metal or alloy, and its end face is melted into liquid by plasma arc heating. The liquid is thrown out and crushed into tiny droplets by centrifugal force of high speed rotation of the electrode. The spherical powder is finally obtained under the action of surface tension in the process of condensation.
