Product introductions
The blades of aviation impeller are mostly superalloy single crystal or titanium alloy. The single crystal blades greatly improve the production capacity of the engine with high thrust-to-weight ratio. The temperature endurance limit of the blades can be increased to 3 times of the original life at the original temperature every 25ºC. The titanium alloy blade is light in texture, but has better comprehensive properties in heat resistance, strength, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and machinability, so it is the most widely used. Other materials, such as nickel-based superalloys, carbon fiber composites and ceramic materials, also have their own advantages.
