2) Due to the existence of the cake layer, the fluid is purified by the mechanism of cake layer filtration when passing through the cake layer. The actual particle size of the dust removed from the fluid is far less than the nominal filtration accuracy of the filter element, and the fluid is thoroughly purified; |
3) With the increase of cake layer thickness, the filtration resistance also increases gradually. When the filtration resistance reaches a fixed value, the system automatically starts the back blowing, and the filter element is sprayed back into the filter element through the high-pressure clean fluid, so that the filter cake layer attached to the surface of the filter element falls off, and the pressure drop of the filter is restored to a low value. |
