    Femoral Component is a typical double-tapered wedge stem, designed to suit the anatomical structure in the marrow cavity. The section is rectangular-shaped, allowing a strong initial press-fit fixation in the femoral marrow cavity.There are 16or customized sizes covering a developmental dislocation of a hip joint to a large marrow
cavity. To maximize bone on growth, the surface of the Femoral Stem is treated with micro arc oxidation,
maintaining average 5.5im of surface roughness. Micro arc oxidation has diameter of numerous porosity structure, maximizing the contacting area with the surrounding bone and assisting in adhering the osteoblast.

1) Porous surface of designed stem makes it fix biologically; thus, prosthesis loosening probability decreases.
2) By optimizing femoral stem geometry (size and shape) and also making a porous surface, which had an intermediate stiffness of bone and implant, a more efficient hip joint prosthesis with more durability fixation was achieved due to better stress transmission from implant to the bone.
3)Curved stem has more compatibility with geometry of bone and also sharp corners of curved prosthesis contribute rotational stability.
